Bacanora Cherry Infused

Pacífica agave distillate, 100% artisan-made, produced through double distillation and infused in glass containers with cherry fruit, until achieving a fruity profile with sweet notes and an intensely marked cherry aroma.

Its characteristic bright red color is obtained from the maceration with the fruit, which also adds complexity on the palate. It presents a sweet taste with nuances of vanilla, caramel, and a slight spiciness at the end that balances its character.

With an alcohol content of 38% ABV, it is specially designed for mixology, although it can also be enjoyed neat.
