White Bacanora

Distilled from Angustifolia Haw (pacífica) agave, made with 100% agave using a completely artisanal recipe. Its production begins with mature agaves over 8 years old, naturally fermented and using spring water.

The process includes double distillation in stainless steel stills, resulting in a high-purity distillate with an alcohol content of 48% Alc.

It stands out for its vibrant and complex flavor profile, with well-defined herbal notes and subtle smoky nuances. On the palate, it offers a balanced character, with an elegant aftertaste featuring light notes of caramel and chocolate.
